Shipping Information

Front Door Delivery is the default delivery option for most furniture and large items.

  • Front Door Delivery: Includes delivery to the first threshold (front door, curbside, garage, lobby, or loading dock; depending on delivery conditions) and a 4 hour delivery window. Your in-stock furniture will be delivered in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. On occasion, Front Door Delivery service will only have a one person delivery team, so it is recommended to have 1 or more people help you with certain Front Door Delivery orders. You will be responsible for unpacking, debris removal, and all applicable assembly.

We inspect all furniture pieces before shipment. Freight damages on occasion do occur in transit. Please follow the procedures below:

  • Inspect your shipment before the driver leaves.

  • If you suspect hidden damages, open the box and check the condition of the merchandise.

  • If you find damages, please have the driver make note on the freight bill the number of damaged pieces and a detailed description of the nature of the damage.

  • Be prepared to provide proof of damages with photographic documentation of the damaged box and merchandise.

  • All damages need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at contact@contrerasandcony.com with your Order # in the subject line.

  • The customer is responsible for determining whether merchandise can be delivered from the delivery truck to the item's final destination. Please be aware of corridors, doorways, elevators, ceiling heights, turning radius, etc. which may cause a delivery problem. Any item refused due to not fitting into the home or space the item was intended for will incur return shipping charges. Any item refused because the customer does not like it will incur return shipping charges.If the customer cancels an order after the order has already shipped out, additional shipping charges will be incurred for return of the item(s). If the customer is not home at the time of a furniture delivery, additional charges will be incurred for the attempt/re-delivery. If the customer cancels/reschedules a delivery less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, additional charges will be incurred for the attempt/re-delivery. If the delivery is moved out farther than 2 weeks from the offered date, storage fees will apply.

  • If the customer refuses a delivery for any reason and then decides that they want the shipment delivered again, additional charges will be incurred for the attempt/re-delivery. All attempt/re-delivery, return, and/or storage fees are the responsibility of the customer.​​

Return and Refund Policy

​

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be in "like new" condition and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required and return authorization must be obtained prior to return of shipment. An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel your order after shipment, our standard return policy will apply. Please contact us at contact@contrerasandcony.com for assistance in returning the merchandise.

10-Day Return Period

​

Ten days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on furniture, rugs, lighting, wall art, and mirrors. All merchandise must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition with all the original packing material included. Furniture and rug returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

With the White Glove Delivery service, the delivery team as a courtesy will remove all debris and packaging. Kindly ask the delivery team to keep all of the packaging if you feel a return might be a possibility. Otherwise, your order will not be eligible for a return without the packaging. Return shipping fees will apply. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refund issued for the return item(s).

30-Day Return Period

​

Thirty days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on pillows, bedding, books, vases, and other packaged accessories. All merchandise must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition with all the original packing material included. Return shipping fees will apply. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refund issued for the return item(s).

No Returns or Exchanges

​

Canvas art, wallpaper swatches, wallpaper, fabrics, trim, floor model items, clearance items, sale items, rug samples, gift cards, delivery fees, customer requested parts, or installation fees cannot be returned or exchanged.

Special Order Items (can include furniture, fabrics, lighting, accessories, etc.) 

No returns or exchanges on any item that is manufactured just for you. Examples would be custom upholstery furniture, wallpaper swatches, wallpaper, cut yardage, and canvas art. Customers have 24 hours from the order date to cancel the order. Thereafter, cancellations will not be accepted.
